Easter in Uganda

I know Easter is already a thing of the past, but this isn’t going to be an Easter post exactly 😉 It just so happened that we decided to get out of Rwanda and explore the neighbouring Uganda for the long Easter weekend. Hiking in South Africa – Cederberg (part 2)

Time to share some more hiking stories and photos from my recent trip to South Africa! In my previous post about the Cederberg I told you a bit about this magical place and how hot it was! Isalo National Park, Madagascar

Today I would like to take you to one of the most spectacular places on this planet – the Isalo National Park in Madagascar. I went to the Red Island in September 2015 for two weeks with my friends, which was nowhere near enough to see everything we wanted to see as Madagascar is huge (so the famous Avenue of Baobabs still remains on my list of places to visit). While lemurs were obviously one of the highlights, Isalo simply blew my mind with its incredible landscape.
